Functional Series Photosensitive Resin

Functional series of photosensitive resin, toughness, rigidity, high strength of these types of resin materials have different mechanical properties orientation; high temperature resistant resin materials, widely used in electrical and electronic, business and other industries; high transparent resin materials suitable for printing transparent devices, such as car light shells; red wax suitable for printing handicrafts, mold species, with high surface quality and detail performance.

This series of resins is suitable for 3D printing functional prototypes, end parts, tooling fixtures, molds and other application directions.

Tough 20 Resin
Tough 20 Resin is a resin material with high toughness, high elongation at break and impact resistance. It is a better material for functional prototypes and can be used for functional verification applications with certain mechanical requirements.
Good toughness, can be repeatedly bent, twisted and twisted without breaking, not easy to break
Heat resistance without deformation, heat deflection temperature up to 65℃

Rigid 20 Resin
Rigid 20 Resin is a high stiffness resin material with high stiffness and hardness and low creep, used in some functional prototype applications where stiffness is required. However, the impact resistance is poor.

Hi-Temp 160
Hi-Temp 160 resin is a high temperature resistant material that can reach a heat deflection temperature of 160°C without post heat curing and is suitable for functional applications requiring high temperature resistance. However, the material is relatively brittle and has low impact resistance.

High Strength Resin

Red Wax Resin Red-HD

ESD-T anti-static resin is mainly used for anti-static jigs, fixtures and customized trays in the production process of 3D printed electronic products.The surface resistance of this resin is that10⁶-10⁸ Ω excellent static dissipation performance, can well ensure that the electronic components from static damage, avoid dust accumulation.
